Kawasaki FR730V_S09–R, 17.9 kW (24.5 hp), 726 cc, overhead valve, V-twin (cast iron sleeves) single camshaft, air cooled engine with full pressure lubrication and full flow oil filter. Air cleaner is standard style with single paper filter element. High idle speed set at 3,600 +/- 100 rpm.

Die cast 19.7 cm (7.8 inch) aluminum spindle housing (3). Permanently lubricated precision ball bearings. 2.54 mm (1.0 inch) diameter spindle shaft.

3.9 cm to 11.4 cm (1.5 to 4.5 inches), adjusts in 6.0 mm (0.25 inch) increments.

Hydro Drive Unit

Dual Hydro-gear ZT-2800 transaxles with charge pumps and oil filters. Belt drive with self-tensioning system.
